Comics with price, date, and issue number in a diamond shape logo were sold at comics specialty shops (the direct market). Comics with price, date, issue number, other numbers and symbols in a box shape logo were sold at newsstands, drugstores, 7-11s, and other magazine outlets. Both were printed at the same time and are identical in all other respects. Issues #1-5 were priced at 40¢, #13-17 50¢, and #18 sold for 60¢. Several issues were sold in the UK priced at 20 pence.
