Most, but not all, of the Marvel Paramount Star Trek comics were released with direct market and newsstand editions. The barcode for direct market editions has the text DIRECT EDITION. US and Canadian prices on newsstand editions are slightly different on some of the direct market editions. At least one newsstand issue with Australian pricing exists.
